Water Girl

I looked in a fashion magazine for her costume and hairstyle, and the aquatic color scheme was one I chose from pictures of Lake Erie, as well as from pictures of water type Pokémon. This was drawn by hand in pencil, then traced over with a black Bic pen, and then scanned into the website Pixlr, where I colored it. For the background, I again drew color samples from different lakes and aquatic beings, and with the hard circular brush set for a radius of 900, created dots around the edges, then smudged them, and applied a Gaussian blur effect set at 250 multiple times.
