How to draw a falcon clipart. That's the purpose of this easy step-by-step drawing tutorial. These great birds are quite agile and able to fly at very high speeds. The largest falcon can be up to 25 inches tall while the smallest falcon can reach only 9 inches in size. They have a very accurate vision and some are able to reach a surprising 200 miles per hour while diving.
In this lesson, you will learn how to create a simple version of this bird using rectangles, circles and triangles. As shown below, duplicating this cartoon animal should not be a difficult task. You can either use a vector application or a pencil to create this wonderful creature. Ready? Let's draw! :)
First, let's sketch the body of the falcon using a large rectangle made with a thick outline. Then, you can add a small triangle on top of the head to illustrate some hair. Finally, you can draw some eyes using circular shapes as shown below. Don't forget to add the pupils. They are also made from circles, but smaller ones.
Next, you can work on the beak using a large triangle made from curved lines. The bottom part of the body is made from another large rectangle. Finally, you can complete this second step by sketching a pointed triangle to form the tail of the animal.
In this third step, you can represent the wings using two small pointed lines that are drawn on the bottom of the main rectangle. The legs and feet are simply made of two long curved lines. That's it for the drawing part of this lesson. It's now time to add colors and give life to this adorable cartoon character.
Falcons are usually depicted using a variety of brown colors. In this case, you can color the head of the animal using a light brown color. Then, you can add a darker version of the same color on the body, the tail and the pupils of the animal. Finally, you can color the beak and the legs in orange and keep the eyes white.
