Are you scared of learning how to draw a ghost? Don't worry! This drawing lesson won't scare the hell out of you ... but how about the result? Are you afraid of ghosts? Whether you believe in ghosts or not, this adorable and easy drawing tutorial should help you design a cartoon character made with simplicity and cuteness. No need to look over your shoulders throughout the whole process ... you are safe from ghosts for at least five minutes! :)
Let's start this adorable lesson with the head. Sketch a large oval shape to illustrate this one. Since the shape is not perfectly round, please look at the illustration below to help you draw it properly.
Next, you need to illustrate the body using a long rectangle. The top must be narrower and both sides are made with curved lines. The bottom is filled with small triangles.
Both hands and arms are illustrated using long triangles with round corners. Notice how the arms are slightly raised to create a cool posture.
The eyes are made using large oval shapes. These shapes are slightly inclined and are filling a good portion of the head.
You can complete this drawing lesson with the easiest step possible: the creation of the mouth using another oval shape!
Nice work! Below you can see the final result in black and white. Yes, this cartoon character is relatively easy to draw.
This character is probably the most easiest one to create from this particular series. Don't worry if you are struggling to draw this cartoon ghost. Simply try this tutorial over and over again until you are satisfied with the results. Have fun!
