In this simple tutorial, I will show you how to draw a cartoon Golf club. No doubt that this sport is associated with prestige and elegance.
It requires precision and talent to put such a small ball into a hole located so far away! It might not be a very physical sport like Football or Hockey, but you really need to be strong mentally to succeed in Golf!
First, draw to rectangles to create the shaft and the grip. Notice that my Golf club is slightly incline (not quite 45 degrees). In this example, the grip might be a little longer than the one on a real club, but that's just a cartoon image after all!
Next, create the socket and the club face using a rectangle and an oval shape. The club face should not be incline, but rather parallel to the ground.
Finally, work on the outline of your object and make sure that the club face and the socket are joined together.
You can add some details like the grooves on the club face.
Apply some colors to your drawing. The grip can be brown (or black) and the rest of the Golf club should be filled with various grey tones.
If you wish, you can complete your drawing by adding some nice lighting effects on your club! Congratulations! You've just created a nice Golf club using simple shapes! This piece of equipment is relatively easy to draw if you pay attention carefully to the shape of the club face and the proportions of the grip! Enjoy!
