Battletoads! and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

First off, I looked at various images from the internet from the battletoads videogame and TMNT cartoon show (1980's - 1990's). I sketched it down on paper, used a marker to trace the pencil lines, scanned it, and then photoshopped it. What do ya think?

I am a 24 year old guy that enjoys doing stuff like this.
