Who are your favorite Star Wars characters?
Everyone knows at least two or three Star Wars characters!
But if you are a fan of the movies, choosing who might be your favorite character might be a hard task!
However, it's rather easy to say that Jar Jar Bink is most likely NOT to be one of them.
Don't be offended if it's your favorite character!
But everyone knows that the first movie of the new trilogy wasn't really a success for critics in part because many of them thought that Bink was annoying!
I'm pretty sure that I won't be wrong if I say that Darth Vader would be the most popular character among fans.
He's tall, mysterious and 100% pure evil. Revenge of the Sith was a great example why Vader is so popular. The movie was entirely based on him.
And overall, Hayden Christensen did a fair job portraying the most evil Sith of them all (the scene were Vader slaughters children is a nice example of the dark side of this feared character).
Among other popular characters from the new trilogy, General Grievous is also a popular choice I think. This Darth Vader prototype is very agile and visually very interesting.
Just ask Obi Wan Kenobi! Fighting an enemy who can hold four lightsabers is certainly not an easy task!
Talking about Kenobi, I think that the new trilogy might also help him become one of the most popular character (on the good side) along with Yoda.
Ewan McGregor was perfect for the role, replacing Sir Alec Guinness (for obvious reasons!), who did not really enjoy playing this role 30 years ago!
Of course, it's impossible to talk about Star Wars without mentioning C3PO and R2-D2! These two droids are, for sure, the two most popular robots of all time! Even if they don't really fight (except for R2 is the new trilogy) or take part of the most dangerous missions of Luke and Obi Wan.
Of course, I could go on and on to talk about all these Star Wars characters without ever being able to choose my favorite one! Too many of them I guess!
So I have to ask you, which one is your favorite one?
