How to draw a goat

This simple tutorial will give you some tips on how to draw a goat easily in eight simple steps. Goats are nice and strong animals closely related to sheep.
In most species, only the male his having two horns on the head. And in this simple lesson, we will try to draw a male goat using only simple basic shapes. So grab a pencil and a piece of paper and let's start this goat drawing lesson right away!
First, draw a small rectangle to create the head of your character. Like you can see on the image above, the shape is slightly incline towards the right. Next, add two circles to form the eyes. If these two shapes are touching each other, just make sure that the one located under is smaller than the one above.
Continue your artwork by sketching the horns. To do so, just draw two small rectangles and triangles like shown above. Make sure that your horns are curved and leaning towards the ground.
The body shouldn't be too hard to sketch for now. Just add a rectangle for the body itself. Once you are done, sketch two small rectangles to illustrate the legs.
Then, you can do the same for the legs located on the far side of your character. When you are finished, draw a small rectangle to form the tail of your goat. Like you can see on the image above, this tail should be a little higher than the body.
Ok! Now it's time to refine our drawing! Get rid of those primary shapes on the head and draw some nice curved and pointed horns. You can make them as big as you wish. That's the beauty of drawing cartoon characters! Next, work on the head of your goat. The forehead should be flat and large. For the lower part, keep a small section of the mouth pointed towards the inside.
Now the body! Just make it small, rounded and close to the head. We don't really see the neck of this cartoon character! The legs can be short but strong. As for the tail, make it pointed towards the sky.
Finally, finish this nice goat's drawing by adding the pupils in the eyes and add some lines on the horns. You can also create a small nose and join it to the lower part of the head.
