One of my hobby is, without a doubt, to browse and watch free 3D animation movies on the internet. Of course, Youtube is probably the best place to go in order to satisfy my needs in this area.
And the beauty of it is, now that 3D software are available for everyone at a fraction of a cost it once was, that anyone with little skills can make an interesting short movie in no time.
Students and professionals are showing their talents all over the web. Some even produce cool parodies of Star Wars, for example, that look very realistic and genuine.
The downside, however, might be that if you wish to become successful or recognized in Youtube, you'll probably have to work harder.
With so many short movies available, it's really hard to stand out from the crowd.
This explosion of creativity can only be the ultimate source of inspiration for anyone with the "blank sheet of paper syndrome"!
Most 3D software are cheap and mixing the whole thing can be done easily with a good video editing software. The only thing that you really need now is imagination and motivation.
Motivation and inspiration can hardly be teached in an E-book (but I think I might do one of these one day!).
But by plunging into a pool of inspiration to try to find the next great idea is... not a bad idea!
