Can you smell it? This how to draw a skunk tutorial is hot and easy to duplicate! No need to follow the strange odor of this feared animal to enjoy a nice drawing lesson that consists of six easy steps. Using mostly circles, triangles and rectangles, I'll show you how to obtain a cute character from scratch in just a few minutes!

Below you have access to a colored version of this great cartoon animal. Of course, the skunk is mostly filled with a black color. The rest of the illustration is either white or grey. Only the nose and the ears are filled with a pink color.

Step 1

Nice! Let's start with the creation of the head using a long circular shape. The top of the head is slightly pointed and the bottom is flat. The body is illustrated with a long rectangle.

Step 2

Next, you can draw the bottom part of the cartoon skunk. You can use small curved lines to represent the legs and the feet of the animal. Since the back legs are placed in the background, you can draw them slightly smaller.

Step 3

On the head, two small pointed ears are created using triangles. You can look at the illustration below to see the exact location of the ears. The tail is made from a large rectangle created from curved lines.

Step 4

It's now time to work inside the head of the cartoon skunk. Both eyes are illustrated with circular shapes. The pupils are also made from circles. The nose is represented by a small oval shape while the mouth is made with simple lines.

Step 5

Now that the character is done, you can add some details like a long line inside the tail and a patch on the stomach. More details can also be drawn inside the head like shown in the illustration below.

Step 6

Nice work! This black and white version is perfect if you need to take a look at all the details needed to create this cartoon character. I hope you had fun drawing this cartoon skunk! :)
