Drawing one is also quite easy. All you need to do is create all four basic shapes (the circle is used as a guideline for the neck of you shirt) and then add a couple of shapes to display the effect of lightning on your t-shirt.
Also notice that the outline of my shirt was made using a color other than black. I usually use a similar tone that I have used to fill the shirt.
