Drawing a cartoon pizza: some fun facts before starting sketching!

- Can be a very healthy food if you make one without butter, cream or any other rich sauces (and choose your topping wisely!)
Drawing a cartoon pizza can be a very boring experience. Why not make it a little more interesting by drawing one with arms and legs!
But first, let's take a look at what we might expect from a cool and nice pizza!
A pizza is usually round and made with several ingredients like tomatoes, cheese, vegetables and pepperonis.
But you can be as creative as you want when adding topping to your pizza!
The shape of the pizza is usually made of a circle.
When someone is cutting a slice of this nice italian meal, it is usually made of a triangle shape.
Now is this example, the circle is a little too perfect to create a credible pizza.
So we will have to make it a little more irregular to achieve a better effect!
Let's try to draw a funny pizza! First, draw a circle to create the head. Then, add the legs and the arms of your character. You can make them short or long, as you wish.
Next, why not put some cute eyes on your pizzaguy! Just make sure to leave some room to add the topping! Then, you can draw another circle inside to create the crust of the pizza! Just be sure to sketch it so it will look irregular and realistic!
Finally, it's time to add the topping! Just be creative! You can add mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni... anything you like! And why not add some colors to make the whole thing more enjoyable to the eyes!
Drawing a good looking pizza is not so difficult if you really apply yourself. You can draw a square one (1), a round one (2) or one with more attitude (3) like we just did in the previous tutorial! Have fun!
