How to draw a cartoon bank

Drawing a nice and colorful cartoon bank is a work of precision and patience! Very often, a healthy bank will construct a large and beautiful building!
In this tutorial, I invite you to learn how to draw an old bank with a roman architecture. It should be relatively easy to sketch since it is mainly build using simple and basic shapes.

First, let's draw the main walls of your bank. Draw a large square and add two narrow rectangles on each side. Make sure that both rectangles are a little shorter than the main shape.

Next, draw a large triangle with a small and thin rectangle below it to form the top of the main doors. The tip of the triangle should be slightly higher than the big square drawn in step one.

Continue your artwork by adding four columns. On the bottom of each of these columns, add a small rectangle to create the base. Finally, draw a large and thin rectangle to cover entirely the bottom of the building.

On each rectangles you draw in step one, add three windows using a rectangle for each of them. You can separate these rectangles by drawing a vertical line in the middle.

Now sketch three doors between the four columns. On each door, draw a small handle using a small rectangle. You can also write the word "bank" above the doors.

Just add some colors (some grey tones will be fine) and you are done! You've just sketched a nice and solid bank using various, simple shapes! Now these days, a bank can have almost any architectural design imaginable! But I really think a nice and classic design like the one above is still more interesting! I hope you had fun sketching this bank!
